Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Soccer By Dae’s coaching services. We are committed to providing high-quality training and support to our valued clients. To maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Procedure: At Soccer By Dae, we understand that unexpected situations may arise that require a client to cancel a scheduled coaching session. Clients who need to cancel must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made via phone call, text, or email to 440-452-9338 or Dagoal5@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the date and time of the session, and the reason for cancellation in your communication.

2. Cancellation Charges: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled coaching session will be subject to a full charge of the session's fee. This includes both individual and group sessions. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but this policy is in place to ensure fairness to our coaches and other clients who might have otherwise filled the session.

3. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule a coaching session, we encourage you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance.  We will try to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time without penalty. Once again we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but this policy is in place to ensure fairness to our coaches and other clients who might have otherwise filled the session.

4. Coach Availability: While we strive to maintain the availability of our coaches, there might be situations beyond our control or other circumstances that require us to reschedule or cancel sessions. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative date and time or a full refund.

5. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged. Please ensure to inform us of any changes in your schedule to avoid unnecessary charges.

6. Exceptions: We understand that certain emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider these situations when reviewing cancellation requests. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants an exception to the cancellation policy.

By continuing to use our Soccer By Dae’s coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
